For international orders, all estimated customs duties and taxes are calculated and collected at the time of checkout. You are required to pay these fees in advance so that your package can pass through customs more smoothly.

4. Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Once the product has been handed over to the carrier and shipped, TOMI is no longer liable for any subsequent incidents. All risks of loss or damage during transit are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Delays & Customs Clearance

Please be aware that international shipping can sometimes take a significant amount of time due to customs clearance, potentially lasting several months in some cases. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays caused by local events, including but not limited to strikes, protests, or civil unrest in the destination country.
